Specializing in the traditional South Brazilian method of grilling meat, Pampa Churrascaria serves over a dozen different cuts, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and exotic options like camel, ostrich, and crocodile when available. These meats are prepared on spits over charcoal and brought directly to diners’ tables in succession.
